Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  3. Contact your bank (refund posting may be delayed).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
