For deliveries outside Dhaka, an advance payment of Tk. 200 or 10% of the total amount (for large orders) may be required.

If a customer fails to respond to verification requests, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, international shipping conditions, political unrest, public holidays, or supply chain issues.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after placing an order, TaoBaoBD reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund.

6. Return & Refund Policy
